Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and budget, the location was decent near to shopping area & foodcourt. The venue room was large with breakfast. The staff were polite throughout our stay. The food was great and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Everything was simply great.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was perfect down from Al Safwa towers. The breakfast at our property was with so many options. The stay was absolutely great.

We had a warm room and understanding stuff. Pleasant location relatively close to clock tower museum. Everything was brand-new as expected, though the bathroom was quite small. Had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

I had an amazing stay and I will be back. Breakfast food was lovely and included coffee, tea, meats, breads and cakes. The impeccable service was provided in this majestic hotel. There was private parking, available for usd 67 per day.

Hotel was tidy, and the location was handy! Our room was luxury, unique and equipped with WiFi, terrace and microwave. There was a nice bar with well-organised service.

The views were not very nice and there were bad beds too.

We had a really great time staying at this hotel. We loved this place, it has fantastic location and food. Rooms with an extra bed. Location close enough to - Haram and the Holy mosque.

Reasonable value, room was outstanding, staff were brilliant. Generally everything was exceptional, though the bathroom was tiny. Free parking and absolutely superb breakfast. Overall the service was amazing. Furthermore, the area was shopping.

We greatly enjoyed it. Rooms in Swissotel Makkah were very clean. Within a walking distance of al-qasr restaurant, where you can have lunch.
